Bone pain caused by what the causes and factors, and how it should be controlled?

Bone pain means pain, inflammation, or other discomfort in the bone. Bone pain is one of the most common symptoms of bone cancer and should not be ignored. In general, the most important cause of bone pain is bone cancer, a disease that usually occurs in tall bones, such as the upper arm or leg, but can in any case affect any bone. For this, we will focus more on bone cancer, although we will look at other causes and causes of bone pain.

Symptoms of bone cancer
When cancer cells originate from the bone, this condition is called the primary cancer of the bone. Pain caused by bone cancer may have the following symptoms:

Feeling inflammation in the bone in the early stages
The rapid process of increasing constant pain, or intermittent pain in the affected bone
Continuous pain during the night and at rest
In addition to the above, the following symptoms can also be considered as signs of bone cancer:

Swelling or inflammation (redness) is affected around the area.
The presence of a mass near the bone is affected.
Breaking the bone after a minor injury or fracture, as it bursts bone cancer.
Some of the symptoms that are less common are:

Weight loss is unjustifiable
Sweat, especially at night
Other causes and causes of bone pain
Although the most common cause of bone pain is bone cancer, however, other factors may also cause bone pain. These factors, which are not too small, include:

Inflammation of the joints or arthritis
Secondary cancer of the bone or metastasis, which is actually a cancer that has spread to the bone after its appearance, in other parts of the body.
Bone fracture caused by an accident or damaged by trauma (impact)
Leukemia or leukemia which usually begins with bone marrow.
A type of bone infection called bone cavity or osteomyelitis.
Osteoporosis or osteoporosis, a disease in which calcium and vitamin D deficiency causes brittleness in the bone to stop them. (A condition seen in sickle cell anemia)
Fracture that occurs due to torsional injury and usually occurs in toddlers.
Growth pains in children and adolescents
Too much of the body
When should I go to a doctor?
It is advisable to see a doctor if you see the following symptoms:

Permanent pain that does not stop in the bone.
Bone pain in a state that gets worse and worse over time.
Observation of swelling or redness around the bony area that causes pain.
Observation of swelling or reddening around broken bones after minor damage.
Treatment for bone cancer
The goals of treating bone cancer include relieving pain, restoring any fracture, and preventing or delaying further cancer-related complications.

There are several therapeutic approaches to bone cancer that are selected based on the type of cancer and its severity. These approaches include:

1- Surgery:
Surgery involves removing bone marrow segments. In some cases, the surgeon repairs the bone after surgery, but sometimes there is a need to cut off part of the bone.

2- Chemotherapy:
Chemotherapy is a method for treating cancer in which drugs are used to destroy cells and malignant tissues.

3. Radiation therapy:
Radiation therapy uses radiation to destroy cancer cells.

4. You should:
You are a drug that is used to treat osteosarcoma, a specific type of leukemia. In this method, the immune system is stimulated to attack and eliminate cancer cells.

Bone pain treatment caused by other factors
As you said, bone pain does not always indicate bone cancer. The therapies used to treat bone pain, if the pain is not due to bone cancer, is completely dependent on the cause of the problem. Some of these treatments include the use of medications:

Calcium supplements and vitamin D (for osteoporosis)
Anti-epilepsy (when bone pain is associated with nerves)
The last word: the prospect of bone cancer
The prospect of bone cancer varies according to the following:

Type of bone cancer
The rate of bone cancer in the body
The likelihood of cancer spreading to other parts of the body
Early bone cancer is a rare disease. According to the American Cancer Society, this type of cancer is estimated to be around 3450 in 2018, which accounts for only 0.2% of all types of cancer. If a person's bone cancer has not spread and in addition to the patient is otherwise healthy, treatment will be easier and cancer will have better prospects.

According to statistics, about 75% of people with primary bone marrow survive more than a year, and 50% of them survive 5 years or more.
