Sunburn and ways to deal with it

Symptoms include reddening of the skin, pain and sometimes blistering. Sunburn occurs when the amount of radiation from the sun or other light sources of ultraviolet radiation exceeds the ability of the body's skin-protecting pigment, melanin. The severe burns are as severe as burns and may have the same general effects as blistering, swelling And fever; therefore, sunblock should not be overlooked.

Many people die annually as a result of exposure to intense sunlight, and millions of people get somber. Sunscreen does not immediately appear in spite of the thermal burn. So when the painful and reddening of the skin begins, skin damage has already occurred. The pain is most severe at 6 to 48 hours after exposure to severe sunlight.

In severe cases, it may cause blistering. Swelling of the skin, especially the feet, is common. Toxins are released in the body due to sunburn, causing fever to appear as a common symptom. Exfoliation usually occurs three to eight days after exposure to severe sunlight.

Common Symptoms:
Red skin with pain
Creating aging spots
Take a shower or bath to cool water or put a damp cloth on the burn. Use of water and fluids to remove body poisons. Take medications such as ibuprofen to reduce pain. If your skin does not blush, use a moisturizing cream to relieve discomfort.

Causes of sunburn:
Exposure to the sun at sunrise (10 am to 4 pm), especially in infants and children that are more sensitive to adults than the sun.
Skin clarity: People with bright skin are more likely to get sunscreen than those with a darker skin.
