Get familiar with the causes, symptoms, and treatment of dizziness

Dizziness is a feeling of confusion and imbalance. Vertigo affects the sensory organs, especially the eyes and ears. Therefore, it may occasionally cause a person to faint. Dizziness is not a disease, but a sign of various disorders. Headache and imbalance can cause dizziness, but these two terms have different symptoms. The sign of the head is that the person feels that the room, for example, spins around his head, or may have a sensation similar to the sensation of motion sickness (travel sickness), as if he is leaning toward one side. Dizziness is common and the main cause is not serious. Do not worry about vertigo that happens occasionally. However, if you have frequent vertigo, without any reason or prolonged dizziness, see a doctor immediately.

Reasons for dizziness:
Common causes of dizziness include migraine, drug and alcohol consumption. There may also be a problem in the inner ear that maintains balance. Vertigo is often the result of a headache. The most common cause of headache and dizziness associated with headache is benign benign dizziness (BPV). When a person changes quickly (for example, a person who is seated and suddenly rises), takes a short and short period of dizziness. Vertigo and head pores may be caused by Muniere disease (internal ear disease). It causes fluid accumulation inside the ear and is associated with hearing loss, hearing loss and tinnitus. Another reason for vertigo and head dorsa may be acoustic neuroma. This disease is a benign tumor that forms on the nerve that connects the inner ear to the brain.

Other possible causes of dizziness:
Sudden drop in blood pressure
Heart muscle disease (cardiomyopathy)
Reduce blood volume
Anxiety
Anemia (iron deficiency)
Hipoglycemia (low blood sugar)
ear infection
Loss of body water
Heat dissipation
Exercise too
Motion sickness
In rare cases, dizziness may be caused by MS, myocardial infarction, malignant tumors, and other brain disorders.

Vertigo Symptoms:
Confusion or feeling faint and weak
Feeling the objects rolled around and around the head
Lack of balance
Feeling dipping on water or swimming in water
Instability
Sometimes dizziness is associated with nausea, vomiting or fainting and weakness. If you have had these symptoms for a long time, see a doctor immediately.

Treatment of dizziness:
Treatment of dizziness focuses on its main cause. In most cases, home remedies and medications can inhibit vertigo. For example:

Internal ear problems can be improved by medication and home fitness that help balance control.
BPV is resolved with the help of measures that reduce symptoms. Surgery is one of the treatment options for patients whose BPV has not been controlled.
Mounir's disease is treated with a healthy, low-salt diet, occasional injections, or ear surgery.
Migraines are treated with the help of medication and lifestyle changes (that they know and stop their stimuli).
Drugs and anxiety reduction techniques can help to improve anxiety disorders.
Drinking a lot of fluids can be helpful if dizziness is caused by excessive exercise, heat stroke or loss of water.
Tips to see dizziness:
If you have frequent dizziness, consider the following points:

When you feel dizzy, sit or lie down and rest until the vertigo is resolved. In that case, the likelihood of a loss of equilibrium, which causes serious damage and falls, decreases.
If necessary, use a walker or a cane to maintain balance.
When climbing up and down the stairs, always use the railing fences.
Activities that improve balance, such as Yoga and Tai Chi.
Avoid sudden change.
If you have frequent dizziness without a previous symptom, do not drive or operate the machine.
Avoid using caffeinated foods, alcohol, and smoking cigarettes. The use of these causes causes dizziness and deterioration.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Get enough sleep and avoid stressful situations.
Have a healthy diet and incorporate fruits and vegetables and low protein in your diet to prevent dizziness.
If your dizziness is due to taking some medications, talk to your doctor about lowering the dose or replacing another medication.
Rest in a cool place and drink enough water if your dizziness is due to excessive heat or loss of water.
